Once you have your website setup, you will spend most of your time uploading images and putting them in galleries. Here are the instructions on how to upload one image at a time and put it in the appropriate galleries.

1. Go to the 'Image' tab in your Administration Panel
2. Under Image Library, click on the 'Upload 1 New Image' link
3. You will see the following:
   
4. Fill in the Title, if you have one. You do not need to enter a title.
5. Click in the 'Description' text box and fill in the image details, e.g. 6" x 6" acrylics on canvas, Price $150, etc.
6. Click on the 'Choose File' button (circled above). This will open up a file selection window for you to choose your file from your computer's hard drive.
   (Please note that ArtSites only supports JPEG files with RGB colors.)
7. Once you have selected your file, click either 'Open', 'Choose', or 'Ok' (this will depend on your operating system).
8. You will now see the title of your file in red next to the 'Choose File' button.
9. On the right-hand side, you will also see a list of Galleries (circled above)
10. Click on check boxes for the Galleries where you want your image to be. Your image can be in multiple galleries.
11. In some layouts, you can put 'Additional Text' below the image, i.e. the Descriptions are above. However, some layouts do NOT make use of this 'Additional Text' information. If you enter information into this text box and do not see it on your website, you are probably using a layout that doesn't support this.
12. When you are finished, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the 'Create New Image' button. This will begin the uploading process.
13. When it is completed, you will end up back in your Image Library and your new image will be in the top, left-hand position.
