Send a Blog Post (Newsletter) to Your Mailing List



Once you have a blog post, you also have the option of sending it to your mailing list. We recommend that you only do this periodically, e.g. for Exhibit Announcements, or other events that you want to promote. Here is how to send your blog post to your mailing list.

  1. Go to the 'Blog' (or 'News') tab in your Administration Panel
  2. Below your blog post, you will see several options (see below)

  3. Click on 'Send to Mailing List'
  4. The first time you send a post, you will need to verify your email address. This is a two-step process and ensures our system is not being used for spamming purposes. Follow the instructions provided (see below)

  5. After verification, you will be able to send to you mailing list, You will see the following screen, as well as a Sample Email:

  6. If you want to test your email before sending to your mailing list, go back to your 'Blog' tab and select 'Email Copy' (see below) to send a copy to yourself first.
